9:33am- Cleaning residual debris from around intermediate bent 3

9:54am- Cleaning debris from around end bent 4

10:28am- East approach eroded away by swift water.

11:27am- Continue to remove debris from underneath bent 4

12:48pm- Road signs carried away by swift water

Site visit, Checked site after rain, No work being done.

 No work today due to rain.

 Bypass road is being washed away by rain waters

11:00 pump truck arrived

Forms and steel all looked good

Concrete arrived and I tested it: Air 4.25/6.75 after adding air. Slump 4”, Temp 72. Made three cylinders

Finished pour at around 3:30, pour went good

Site visit, continued forming on Bent 1 Wall

8:10 crew continued forming on Bent 1 Wall

2:20 crew putting the final touches to the forms for bent 1 Wall. Will pour tomorrow at noon 

3:20 crew started stripping forms on Bent 2 Cap 

Site visit, working on Bent 1 Wall

9:35 crew started taking forms off bent 4 Cap, crane operator and foreman working on crane. A hose has a hole and will have to get a new one

10:30 crew started working on Bent 1 Wall, foreman came back with hoses but was the wrong fittings.

1:15 More forms going up.

2:30 crew still forming up wall for bent 1

3:10 another form in place.

11:40am- Build rebar Cage for end bent 1

11:41am- Continue to build rebar cage and forms for bent 1

2:44pm- Finish the day with assembling more rebar at bent 1
